Professional Background
With years of experience working with diverse populations—including adults, teens, and the LGBTQ+ community—I specialize in helping individuals navigate life transitions, heal from trauma, and overcome mental health challenges such as anxiety and depression. I am also an active member of both the Florida Mental Health Counselors Association and the American Mental Health Counselors Association, continually striving to stay informed on best practices and emerging therapies.
